I am an applied microeconomist working in labor and health economics, with a secondary interest in the economics of education. My research studies how public institutions shape individual outcomes and beliefs. My job market paper estimates the long-run effects of sex education on women's labor market outcomes, motherhood, and gender attitudes. A second line of work uses survey experiments to investigate how individuals form beliefs about government agencies and whether lost trust can be restored. Related projects examine how access to healthcare shapes fertility and whether school programs reduce dating violence.
